LIMA — A judge ruled Tuesday a woman accused of robbing the same bank twice was competent to stand trial.
Kaylee N. Shoopman, 26, of Pandora, was found competent to stand trial after she received a psychological evaluation, Judge Jeffrey Reed ruled after reviewing a report from the evaluation.
Shoopman is charged with two counts of robbery, each a second-degree felony. Each charges carries up to eight years in prison.
