LIMA — In a case of what was described in court records as a drug deal gone bad, a Lima man was arraigned Tuesday in Allen County Common Pleas Court for allegedly attacking his victim with a baseball bat.
Scott Seitz, 40, entered a written plea of not guilty to charges of aggravated robbery and felonious assault, felonies of the first- and second-degree, respectively, that were returned against him by the November grand jury.
Lima police say Seitz attacked Eric Glover with a baseball bat outside a West McKibben Street residence on Oct. 8 of last year as part of what was described as a lingering dispute over an earlier drug transaction between the two.
