LIMA — Moments before a jury was to hear closing arguments, a man charged in a shooting inside a downtown bar last year told the judge he would plead guilty to all charges.
Donovan Peoples, 19, pleaded guilty to felonious assault with a gun, illegal possession of a gun in a liquor permit premise, having a gun under a court sanction and illegally carrying a concealed weapon.
He faces up to 18.5 years in prison when he is sentenced on March 20.
